		<description>My mother told me that I always need to hand-carry all of my valuables.  Even with today's "tighter security" I am not stopped or searched when I put my jewelry pouch in my purse or brief case.  

In certain situations, no amount of prevention and safe guarding of your valuables can prevent theft.</description>
