Shop the Malls…Online
Saturday, December 8th, 2007As you can see from other recent blogs, holiday shopping is very much on everyone’s mind these days. But all you frequent travelers should remember that you have access to some special deals online.
Take advantage of the special contest eFlyer is running together with American Airlines and there’s a good chance you could win a second-generation 8GB iPod Nano. American came to us offering prizes for a tie-in contest to promote its AAdvantage eShopping Mall and you can enter through Dec. 18. This is only being offered to readers of eFlyer, Global Traveler and the GT blog.
We’ve eased up the rules to encourage more participation; you only have to enter the name of a product found at the online mall, not its item number or price.
Shopping at the airline online malls is something I always forget to do, so I was happy to run a contest that reminds people. It’s such a no-brainer: You have to shop anyway, so why not get extra miles for doing it? Plus if you use a credit card that gives miles to make those online purchases, those miles will be rolling in faster than you can count them.
